原因
The system entitlement has not been made a member of the IT Shop nodes. -
解决办法
To allow Employees to request for system entitlement membership the entitlement has to be defined as a member of the IT Shop nodes.
In addition, the Employees to be included must be configured as members of the IT Shop nodes.
