DBQueue processor does not log reasons for resetting DBQueue jobs -
说明
Starting with version 7.0, DBQueue processor does not log why a DBQueue job has been reset. Previously, in version 6.1 and earlier, DBScheduler logged this to DialogJournal. -
原因
Due to the change in DBQueue processing introduced with 7.0, development removed the logging of resetting reasons because of volume in DialogJournal. This affects 7.0 (all SPs), 7.1 and 7.1 SP1. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND
None.
STATUS
Development has acknowledged and implemented RFE #28086 to reintroduce reset reason logging with a limitation of 1 identical entry per last 30 entries. The change will be part of 7.1 SP2 and 8.0. Support can provide a hotfix for 7.1 SP1 only, if you open a service request.
