Deleting of mailboxes on litigation hold fails with error message, "Exchange can't disable the mailbox "[mailbox name]" because it is on litigation hold.".

The litigation hold is legally relevant.  For full details and all ramifications, please seek legal advice. Identity Manager does not ignore the litigation hold. This is intended behaviour.

For versions 6.1.4, 7.0.x, 7.1 or later, the customizer will also prevent disabling of mailboxes that are currently on litigation hold.  For versions 7.0.3, 7.1 or later, any generated processes that attempt to do this will also stop on error.
