Logging in to the web portal results in the following error message:
"Error while loading the collection User in VI_Session. Could not load file or assembly 'CPL.Customizer' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
Or
"Could not load file or assembly 'HDS.Customizer' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." -
原因
The indicated assembly file is missing or corrupt at the IIS location (e.g. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\IdentityManager\bin). -
解决办法
Confirm if the applicable module (e.g. CPL or HDS) is installed in the database. Confirm using:
Select * from QBMVSystemOverview
If the given module is not present, add the module to the existing database. For further information, please see the following KB article for installation steps: How To Import a New Module into an Existing Identity Manager Installation.
Allow the auto-update mechanism to add the missing assembly files after installing the missing modules.
If the error message persists, confirm the auto-update settings. As a workaround, copy the missing file to the target location manually.
