说明
When trying to create a new Active Directory user within Identity Manager the insert job freezes with the following error:
"The synchronization project must be activated before it can be used"

原因
The synchronization project has been deactivated. -
解决办法
Follow the steps below to activate the sync project:
1. Login to Synchronization Editor.
2. Load the sync project that is having the issue.
3. Click on the Activate project button.
4. Click on the yes button when prompted.
5. Click the OK button once the Activation is complete.
6. Once the above steps are completed, restart the frozen job within JobQueueInfo.
