Active directory Target System Synchronization is not clickable in Manager Web -

In Manager Web an administrator is not able to view accounts or group memberships in Active Directory target system synchronization tab. This means that handling outstanding objects is not manageable using this method. -
原因
Product defect 30271. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND
Use the Manager client instead to handle outstanding items.
STATUS
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Identity Manager. -
