Description of the change as follows: The Reason of the latest manual decision in the attestation workflow will be used (contrary to just the latest decision in the current implementation). So, the ReasonHead of the aborted PWO will be: "Attestation denied:" If no manual Reason has been provided, then the ReasonHead of the aborted PWO will be just "Attestation denied".
