Application and API Server Installation Error: "Copying files: Installation failed!" -
说明
When installing the Application Server or API Server in version 9.x when there is no access to the internet, the following errors will be displayed:
"Unable to connect to the remote server".
The web installer will show an error of:
Copying files: Installation failed!

解决办法
WORKAROUND:
Option #1:
Install webview2- Navigate to the following the link webview2
- Select the Evergreen Standalone Installer
- Ensure to match the version of operating system
- Copy the file to the web host that does not have internet access
- Right click the executable and select the option run as administrator
- Once completed install the Application and API servers using the wizard
Option #2:
Create a Windows environment variable called IM_NO_WEBVIEW2 and set it to true.- Navigate to the affected web host
- Right click on the Windows button
- Click on System
- Navigate and click on Advance system settings in the About window
- Click the Environment variables... button
- Click on the New button under the heading "System variables"
- Enter IM_NO_WEBVIEW2 as the Variable name
- Enter true as the Variable value
- Click the OK button
- Once completed install the Application and API servers using the wizard

Waiting for a fix in a future release of Identity Manager.

All server deployment targets have a dependency on WebView2 (via VI.FormTools). This always tries to install the external component on the servers, which fails without an Internet connection. This issue is being tracked by defect number 36107.
