ValidUntil is automatically changed for requests of products for which a MaxValidDays is defined.

How to reproduce the issue:

Create a service item (AccProduct) with MaxValidDays=14 and make it orderable.
Submit a new request for that product for the future and for LESS than the maximum time allowed.
Example:
ValidFrom = 2023-06-06 (<today> + 12)
ValidUntil = 2023-06-09 (for 3 days)

Approve all steps to bring it to the final state "Granted".

Expected result:

The validity range keeps unchanged.

Different result:

The ValidUntil is changed to the maximum time allowed.
So, after the final approval the ValidUntil is changed to "2023-06-20"

This is a product defect (36923).
 

WORKAROUND:

None

STATUS:

This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 36923.
