Why is the 'Run History' option not available for a change request workflow? -
说明
When looking for the Run History of an change request workflow, there is no option available to view the run history. The Run History option is only available for automation workflows. -
原因
This behavior is by design. -
解决办法
For the Run History to be available, the workflow has to be an 'Automation Workflow' and not an 'Change Workflow'. The Run History option is not available on 'Change Workflows' which is by design.
