WebUI Errors are not able to be dismissed due to hidden OK button

While using the SPP web-UI, if presented an error (Our testing has specifically identified the errors from the "Request Error" page), users may be unable to close the pop-up notification due to their resolution or page zoom settings. 

WORKAROUND

The suggested workaround for this issue, is to temporary change the screen resolution, or reduce the page zoom magnification, so that the OK button becomes visible and the error is able to be dismissed.


STATUS

An enhancement request to alter the design of error messages in the Web UI has been submitted to Product Management for review. It will be considered for possible inclusion in a future release.
