SPP appliance stuck in Offline Workflow after being unjoined from Cluster. -
说明
Replica appliance was unjoined from Cluster. It is absent from Cluster Management on the Primary, but it still showing the Cluster with a status of Offline Workflow mode on the affected appliance. Attempted to click "Enabled Online Workflow" but this process did not succeed, and it continued to show as being in Offline mode. Unable to rejoin to Cluster. -
原因
When clicking the option to "Enable Online Workflow", the appliance is expecting to communicate with the rest of the Cluster. Since the Primary and other Replica no longer recognize it, the process is unable to complete, and it is unable to resume normal operation. -
解决办法
Perform a Cluster Reset on the affected appliance in Offline Workflow mode. This will erase the old Cluster information, and will revert it to being a standalone Primary appliance. Once this has been completed, you can them rejoin it as a Replica in the main Cluster.
