Error when migrating to a cluster: "Error code 1130: Not enough server storage is available to pr (4257644)

When migrating to a target cluster, the following error may be seen:

"Error code 1130: Not enough server storage is available to process this command. Could not get domain name from DOMAINCONTROLLERNAME. Check trusts and try again."

Quest Storage Suite performs several checks to determine if the target machine is a cluster. A Group Policy Object (GPO) may prevent these checks from being successful.

The cluster API is used to ascertain if the specified target is a cluster. As part of the checklist performed by the API, remote registry access to the HKLM\Cluster\Nodes registry key is needed. When this is not present, the cluster check will fail with Error 1130. Please ensure that remote registry access is present to the correct key.
