Push or Approver notifications on iOS devices appear lost if the screen is unlocked prior to approving / accepting the notification. -

If the notification is not clicked / tapped when the screen is locked and instead the screen is unlocked it appears that the ability to approve the login is lost.

解决办法
After unlocking the screen open the Starling 2FA app on the mobile device.
On the top left corner of the application screen you will see the text "Requests", click / tap this.
On the resulting page users will have the option to accept or deny pending requests.
