TableReplace of dialog tables leads to errors (4266409)

A GUID Replace leads to the setting of a Recalculation for QBM-K-TableReplace.  The DialogTable and DialogColumn tables are also included. This leads to the error:

4121 0 detected in Procedure QBM_PTableReload, Line 1 Cannot find either column "dbo" or the user-defined function or aggregate "dbo.QBM_FCVObjectkeyToElement", or the name is ambiguous. Code starting with: Insert into DialogTable ...

A possible reason is that the function has a schema binding and internally also refers to DialogTable and DialogColumn.

Ergo: DialogTable and DialogColumn must not reach QBM_PTableReload either in QBM_ZTableReplace or in QBM_ZTableReload, or the SchemaBinding has to be returned.
