Active Roles Console with QAS integration not working on remote clients (4266515)

Consider the following scenario:

• The Active Roles Service is configured with the Quest Authentication Services Add-on
• On the Active Roles server, the Unix tab appears and works as expected in the ARS Console
• On remote clients, the Unix tab appears but no data is present and the following message is observed
  • Configuration settings for One Identity Authentication Services could not be found in Active Directory

​The following error is also observed at the bottom of the Unix tab pane:

Review the Release Notes for the appropriate ARS and QAS versions, and ensure all prerequisites are met.

After making the necessary adjustments, reinstall the Active Roles Console and the QAS Control Center.
