Installing using QAS.exe the whole control center console is installed but there are errors when opening control center.

When installing using QAS.exe the prerequisite check will not be run. If you run it this way, it is possible that would cause the install to be incomplete, powershell or the proper .net framework may not be installed.

Ensure the full installation is performed using Setup.exe from the windows folder on the installation media. This will ensure that all pre-requisites are met.
