TPAM password reset error, "passwords can be no longer than X characters"
说明
When attempting to reset the password for a UserID, receive the error "passwords can be no longer than 15 characters", even though the new password meets all of the password rule requirements.
原因
The issue affects passwords that contain the &, <, > characters and appeared after code changes were made in 2.5.911. It only affects the Default Password Rule. It also only affects UserID passwords and should not cause any problem with Managed Account passwords.
解决办法
This issue has been submitted as a defect and a fix is currently scheduled to be included in the 2.5.914 release.
Until a fix is released, the workaround is to not include &, <, or > in the non-alphanumeric characters for the default password rule.
