Reviewing Microsoft forums, many users are experiencing the crash on even the office 365 applications => the problem is caused by ntdll.dll (according the Microsoft community, this dll associated to them).
Users can try purging the computer's cache to check if it's corrupted and causes the crash (you can keep a copy of it before doing the purge), for that, please look at the following KB for the steps to follow:
