To enable debug logging for QAS Control Center follow these steps:- Open Control Center
- Click preferences, and expand the "Logging Options" section (if the section is collapsed)
- Set log level to "Debug" and choose a location on your system to store the logs
With debug logging enabled, reproduce the issue you are having and then attach a copy of any log files in your log directory to your service request to be looked over by a support engineer.
