Keystroke logs are not synchronized. When the sudo command is run, the sudo plugin will connect to a policy server, which will evaluate the policy for the sudo request, and (assuming the request is allowed and keystroke logging is enabled) logs the keystrokes for the sudo session. The keystroke logs for an individual session are stored on the policy server that serviced the initial sudo request.
