On relocation of a product to another shelf, orders in the state "Granted", "New" and "Waiting" are not relocated. (4321843)

Relocation of products with the state "Granted", "New" and "Waiting" are not dealt with in viShoppingRackMoveProductNode. UID_org remains unchanged and later on the old product is removed via HO-Delete. 

This is a product defect (26796)
