How to show overloads in code editor in Designer -

Using the code editor in Designer and entering a method, the 'tooltip' only displays quick info of the methods, its parameters and its overloads. Under which circumstances does the control use the detailed parameterinfo tooltip instead?

You can open up the bracket and immediately add a comma, then the tooltip should contain detailed parameter info, e.g.:
