If the LDAP login password for the domain has been updated without making the appropriate changes to the Domain configuration in Manager, users will be presented with the error:
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password
In order to resolve this issue you will need to update the LDAP login information within Manager. Depending upon the account associated with your Job Service, the credentials might need to be updated there as well:
- Open Manager
- Select the 'ADS' tab
- Select Domains
- Open your domain
- Select 'Login'
- Update the password information
