When attempting to complete the Starling 2fa token response in the Active Roles Web Interface or Active Roles Console, the following error message is encountered:
One or more errors occurred.: An error occurred: An error occurred while sending the request

This issue is being tracked as a product defect under Defect ID 240574. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND
Add the necessary registry keys on the Active Roles Administration Service host so that .NET leverages the correct protocol.
STATUS
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Active Roles.
