When using the Quest One ActiveRoles Management Shell, also known as the Quest Cmdlets, version 1.7.0 or previous, and when attempting to connect to Active Roles 7.0, Active Roles 7.1, or Active Roles 7.2, the following error message is encountered:
The ActiveRoles Administration Service is not available. Access is denied.

原因
This is expected due to client connectivity changes with Active Roles 7.0 and later versions. -
解决办法
Install the Active Roles Management Shell which is included as a part of the Active Roles Management Tools.
