ERFM requires Name(cn) to be the same in both User and Resource Domains -

When using Exchange Resource Forest Management (ERFM), all attempts to shape the Name(cn) of a Shadow Account via policy or Workflow in such a way so that the value differs from the Name(cn) of the linked Master Account in the User Domain will either fail with a policy error or will be ignored. -
原因
This is expected functionality. By product design, the Name(cn) of the Master Account and the Shadow Account must be identical. -
