How does one determine the number of licenses used in One Identity Manager? Is there a report or a specific value that can be checked? -

A License report can be generated using License Meter (LicenseMeter.exe).
The LicenseMeter.exe application is available under the installation folder, C:\Program Files\One Identity\One Identity Manager.
It is also possible to run the License Meter from the Launchpad. Click on "Manage", then "Create license report" then "Run". This opens up the License Meter:
Please keep in mind that the report will only work if "Staging level" is set to "Production system". If the database is in "Development" mode, it will result in an empty report.
In Designer select Base Data | Databases | Main Database:
