Unable to restore BitLocker value -

BitLocker has been assigned to the computer account. If the computer is deleted while waiting for approval, and it is rejected by the approver, the BitLocker value will not be able to be restored. -
解决办法
Status
The Active Roles product team has raised Enhancement request 432467 in order to enhance this functionality in a future version of Active Roles.
Workaround
Enable the Active Directory recycling bin, and in these circumstances, the procedure of restoring the deleted bitlocker information would be a simple one.
