When trying to add an Azure Tenant via the Active Roles Configuration Center the following error message may be displayed:
Error 12030 calling WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_REQUEST_ERROR, ‘The connection with the server was terminated abnormally’

原因
Active Rolels is unable to reach the Microsoft sites required due to the firewall or proxy configuration.

解决办法
If a proxy is enabled, please ensure that it is configured correctly.
Check proxy enabled:
netsh winhttp show proxy
Reset proxy settings:
netsh winhttp reset proxy
Enable proxy:
netsh winhttp set proxy <proxy>:<port>
