The Active Roles Web Interface only enables lookups for a single user object under certain conditions. -

When trying to add multiple user objects to a shared mailbox via the Active Roles Web Interface, only the first user object can be retrieved.
This issue only occurs when trying to add multiple user account to Shared Mailboxes in the Active Roles Web Interface. This issue only affects ‘Read and manage (Full control)’.

Product Defect #388526.

Upgrade to a newer version of the Product. Product Defect #388526 was resolved in ARS v8.1.3.
