When attempting to change or update a password on the PMSelfService website the following error is displayed.
Failed! Some errors occurred while resetting password System error occurred. Contact your administrator

Notification was sent to your email.

原因
The Extensibility Settings have been enabled for the Credential checker. -
解决办法
SOLUTION:- Login to the PMAdmin website.
- Select General Settings.
- Select Extensibility.
- Change the setting to Credential checker off.
- Save the changes.
