PMHelpdesk does not allow to search by other attributes other than samaccountname -
说明
Password Manager v5.12.x does not allow to search via the PMHelpdesk site by firstname, lastname or email after clearing below field:

原因
This is a defect that occurs when more than one domain connections exist. -
解决办法
Status:
The Password Manager product team has raised Defect #444773 to fix this isue in a future version of Password Manager.
Workaround:
There is no workaround. samaccountname needs to be used to search for users via the PMHelpdesk site until this issue is fixed.
