  Error: "The specified user's domain is not available for identity and authentication. Please review the settings for domainname.com under Settings - Identity and Authentication."

• 说明

  Error: ""The specified user's domain is not available for identity and authentication. Please review the settings for yourdomain,com under Settings - Identity and Authentication." when adding a Directory based user. The Identity Provider shows an uppercase domain name.
  
  
  The domain does show up in Settings | Identity and Authentication.  

• 原因

  Issue occurs when the Active Directory domain being added was created (dcprom'ed) with an UPPERCASE FQDN
