The directory or authentication provider cannot be deleted because there are active identities for whom it is the primary or secondary source. (50086)See below:

原因
There are users configured to use Starling -
解决办法
Modify the users and remove Starling as the secondary authenticator by doing the following:
1 - Navigate to Administrative Tools | Users and select the user.2 - On the Authentication tab of a user's properties, un-select the Require Secondary Authentication check box.
