Radius prompts for OTP code when set as secondary authentication
说明
When Radius is set as a secondary authentication, it prompts for OTP on the Safeguard login page, even if Radius is set to just send a push notification and there is no OTP code to enter. If an empty value is entered, the login workflow works as expected.
原因
Safeguard Radius integration is currently designed to request this extra step regardless of Radius' configuration.
解决办法
ER 423603 has been created to be able to remove this extra step. This KB article will reflect if and when this enhancement will be available in a future release.
