Remote desktop gateway connections crash causing the One Identity Safeguard for Privileged Sessions (SPS) appliance to freeze. -
原因
When a large number of remote desktop gateway connections are open in parallel an unhandled race condition occurs and the remote desktop protocol proxy can crash. -
解决办法
This product defect has been found in SPS version 5.x and has been addressed/fixed in version 6.x of SPS. The issue PAM-9596 has also been addressed in SPS 5.0.11.
