After uploading SPS 8.0 LTS firmware at Basic Settings > System > Firmware, when trying to activate this new firmware, the below error appears:
Connection failed. Server is unaccessible, shut down, or not servicing requests.
RESOLUTION
Change Request # 478663 fixed this issue in SPS version 8.0.1 LTS and 8.1
Upgrade to SPS 8.0.1 LTS directly skipping 8.0 LTS
Note: SPS 8.0.x or above requires a new license version 8 applied after the upgrade. Refer to KB 4377758 for more details on the new license requirement.
