Important! Deactivating your OneLogin account is the same as deleting it. We are not able to recover your account! Please be sure you want to deactivate your account before proceeding.
- Sign into OneLogin and assume the Account Owner account.
- Go to Settings > Account Settings
- Scroll down to Deactivate Account and click Deactivate your OneLogin Account?
- You will be asked to confirm your account deactivation and given the option to leave us feedback about why you’re leaving.
- BE SURE YOU WANT TO DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT. This action will permanently delete your OneLogin account.
Troubleshooting Deactivation
While deactivating a OneLogin account is usually a straightforward procedure, it’s possible for the process to become stuck; for example, if a provisioning task is pending. If you run into problems, try the processes below, then attempt to deactivate your account again.
Deleting Mappings
- Go to Users > Mappings
- Click any mapping
- In the upper right corner, click More Actions > Delete
- Repeat these steps for each remaining mapping
- Go to Users > Users
- In the upper right corner, click More Actions > Bulk Operations
- Click License Users
- Go to Users > Users
- In the upper right corner, click More Actions > Bulk Operations
- Select users by role, group, or status
- Choose Delete Users from the Operations dropdown.
- You will be shown the number of users to be deleted and asked to confirm the number. Enter the number of users in the field, then click Confirm.
- Repeat as necessary to delete any remaining non-Account Owner users.
Deleting Apps
- Go to Applications > Applications
- Click an application
- In the upper right corner, go to More Actions > Delete
- You will be asked to confirm the deletion in a popup. Click Delete.
- Repeat for your remaining apps.
