There was a problem contacting the One Identity Starling server. You may need to refresh your page (press F5).
解决办法
To investigate this issue further, please follow the steps below while reproducing the error:
1. Open the developer tools in the browser 2. Select the network tab 3. Hit F5 to reload the page 4. Click on the API calls that are failing (you will have a status starting with either 400 or 500) 5. In Headers tab for that API call, Copy the Request URL and add it to the support ticket 6. In Response tab for that API call, Copy all response data and add it to the support ticket 7. Right click on the API call and select "Save all as HAR with Content" > save the .har file and upload to the support ticket.
