Both "Register" and "My Questions and Answers Profile" workflows present after upgrading to Password Manager 5.8 or 5.9 (4221050)

After upgrading to Password Manager 5.8 or 5.9, both Register and My Questions and Answers Profile workflows are present in the Password Manager Self Service site:

The My Questions and Answers Profile workflow does not allow a User to register a Q&A Profile as expected. There are no errors encountered, but the profile is not saved and the User is not registered.

The Manage My Profile workflow was customized in the previous version of Password Manager and is not properly merged into the Register Workflow as expected.

WORKAROUND

Option 1

Disable the My Questions and Answers Profile workflow

Option 2

Remove My Questions and Answers Profile workflow item.

1. Open the My Questions and Answers Profile workflow item.
2. Click Reset to Default.
3. An error will be shown. This is expected.
4. Click the logo on the top left to return to the Home page.
5. My Questions and Answers Profile will no longer be present. This is expected.
6. Instruct users to use the Manage My Profile workflow to manager their profiles.

STATUS

This issue is being tracked as Defect ID 85563. Waiting for a fix in a future release of Password Manager.
