Enter part of user name, select a user from the return list and then system fails with the following message in event viewer:
Result: CriticalError

原因
Missing permission -
解决办法
Add the domain management account or Service account to the domain admin group as a test to verify if the error goes away.

If error goes away please provide the needed minimum permissions using the following article:

Add the domain management account or Service account to the Domain Admins role group.
