How to add an embedded link to an email to go directly to a workflow. (4271482)

It may be desirable to have a link in an email that goes directly to a workflow.

For the purpose of this KB article the User Enforcement Rule “Invite Users to Create/Update Q&A Profiles” will be used.

1. In the PMAdmin site open the Rule “Invite Users to Create/Update Q&A Profiles”
2. Enter the following text in the body of the email

“To access your questions and answers profile click “

3. Click on the Edit HTML button and add the following text to the line just typed.

4. Click “OK” and “Save

5. Run the “Invitation to Create/Update Q&A Profile” scheduled task
6. Verify that a new user can access the Q&A profile by directly clicking on the “here” link.

• &IdentificationDomain=#USER_DOMAIN_NAME_LONG#
