The alphanumeric character set is determined for each language and it is not possible to specify all non-alphanumeric characters in such product guide. And we may find the exact list in definitions of Unicode, and the definition must correspond to each particular language.
Password Manager uses a .Net method to define if certain character is alphanumeric or not. There is no predefined table in Password Manager.
For english (en-...) there are alphanumeric characters "a..z", "A..Z" "0..9". Other characters are non-alphanumeric. Of course all the characters like "_", "-", "$", "*" etc are non-alphanumeric.
So by definition, a no alphanumeric character is a character, or symbol, that appears on a keyboard that is not a number or a letter, including punctuation and mathematical symbols. And for English, all characters below would be considered non-alphanumeric and thus be considered a delimiter within the User Properties Rules.
