When attempting to search for an account on the PMSelfService website the following error is displayed: "System error occurred. For more information, view the event log." Selecting the user from the below list will also generate the same error.
The Verbose logging for PMHost will show the following:

原因
The Common Name (CN) has the following value:
CN=John T. Doe/AMER/OI@OneIdentity
The following Defect ID#: 412456, has been created to add '/' symbols to the CN to allow sign-in on the PMSelfService website.

解决办法
WORKAROUND
Remove any '/' symbols from the Common Name to allow sign-in for users.
Example Before: CN=John T. Doe/AMER/OI@OneIdentity
Example After: CN=John T. Doe_AMER_OI@OneIdentity
STATUS
Defect ID#: 412456, has been submitted for review to fix this issue in a future release of Password Manager. -
