This issue can be reproduced when using workflow activity "Edit Q&A profile" and below "Q&A Profile" settings:

解决办法
Status:
The Password Manager product team has raised Defect #483241 which will be fixed in a future version of Password Manager.
Workaround:
Use the "Manage My Profile" workflow activity instead.
