原因
Currently the Capture Agent component of Active Roles Synchronization Service, and QuickConnect is not supported on Windows Server Core. This has been submitted for review under Enhancement Request ID#: 280517, for possible consideration. -

STATUS
The product team will evaluate the request and this feature may become available in a future release of Active Roles Server.
