The pam.conf file is not updated with pam_vas3 entries on Solaris 10 -
说明
During a join the pam.conf file does not get updated with the pam_vas3 entries.This also occurs if you manually run the 'vastool configure pam' command. -
原因
Check to see if the following directory exists:/etc/pam.d/Authentication Services will only update either the pam.conf file, or the files within the /etc/pam.d directory, but not both. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND:On Solaris 10 ensure that only a pam.conf file exists.Move any entries from /etc/pam.d directory into pam.conf and remove the /etc/pam.d directory.Run the following command to configure the PAM entries:/opt/quest/bin/vastool configure pamSTATUS:Waiting for a fix in a future release of Authentication Services. -
