In the Management Console for Unix, Clicking on Check| Check AD readiness looking for Solaris10 sparc directory. Error "Failed to find software at 'install_path\Management Console for Unix\software\qas\client\solaris10-sparc\preflight'" -

AD Readiness check failing.
Within the Management Console for Unix (MCU) version 2.5.1, selecting a Solaris 10 host and then selecting Check | Check for AD readiness fails.
The below error will be displayed:
"Failed to find software at 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Management Console for Unix\software\qas\client\solaris10-sparc\preflight'"
It looks for a solaris10-sparc version of the preflight utility and it is not there, there is only a solaris8-sparc version in the client software directory.

原因
Previous versions of QAS required a seperate version for Solaris 10 and above (soaris10-sparc), however with QAS 4.1 the solaris8 version works on all versions of Solaris.
MCU product defect ID: 28586 - MCU readiness check where it continues to look for the solaris10 package for 4.1 when it no longer exists.
This issue only affects the preflight/AD readiness check, attempting to install the package works fine. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND1:Make a copy of the solaris8-sparc folder (including packages) and rename the folder to solaris10-sparc.
This issue only affects the AD readiness check which runs the preflight script, attempting to install the package should work fine.
WORKAROUND2:You can copy the preflight script manually to the solaris server and run it to check the pre-requisites.STATUS:
