Error 500 when trying to sync data from the Position table endpoint (4334486)

When attempting to synchronize the Position table within SuccessFactors HR using Starling Connect, the following error is seen in the Synchronization Editor logs:

"Error while reading Positions objects with properties (description@Positions, id@Positions, meta@Positions, meta~created@Positions, meta~lastModified@Positions, meta~resourceType@Positions, meta~vrtIDandType@Positions, schemas@Positions, sourceSystem@Positions, vrtcanonicalName@Positions, vrtdistinguishedName@Positions, vrtparentDn@Positions). { "schemas": [ "urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error" ], "detail": "{\r\n \"code\": \"ServerErrorException\",\r\n \"message\": {\r\n \"lang\": \"en-US\",\r\n \"value\": \"Index: 0, Size: 0\"\r\n }\r\n}", "status": 500}"

WORKAROUND

Follow the steps below to work around this issue:

1. Login to Starling Connect

2. Left click the SucessFactors HR connector

3. Locate "Position" under the "Schema Configuration" heading

4. Enable "Type" and "Code"

5. Save the changes
